Apple Watch can do what your other devices can’t because it’s on your wrist. When you wear it, you get a fitness partner that measures all the ways you move, meaningful health insights, and a connection to the people and things you care about most. And it’s always just a glance away.

My first Apple Watch was purchased only two years ago. I was initially skeptical, primarily because I had previously used a Smartband and was wary of trusting any other brand. I watched a lot of videos about how accurate the Apple Watch’s GPS is, how effective the Apple Watch workout app is, and so on. I definitely spent a lot of time researching the Apple Watch on YouTube.

I’ve had the Apple Watch Series 6 for a little more than two months and I’m very happy with it. The GPS, in my opinion, is incredibly accurate. I don’t use the standard Apple Watch app to track my runs, though. I use a variety of apps to test and try accuracy.

My Favorite Features of the Apple Watch

Activity tracking is one of the Apple Watch’s most important fitness features. It displays your movement in rings rather than counting steps (which the Apple Watch still does!). This tracking information is available on your watch and in the Activity app on your iPhone.
